I wasn't very thankful for the white Halloween but I was glad we were able to spend time with our good friends who made us a hot dinner of pumpkin stew followed by my pumpkin swirl cheesecake.
Chad was thankful he had a chance to carve a pumpkin.
It's the simple things.

Ahhh.... so I *just* now saw the "cat" in the pumpkin on the right.... could NOT for the life of me understand how this was a cat while staring at it on Jill's porch last weekend! Thankfully, I see it now :)
