Rhett Takes London- Day 3

Sunday we woke up to sun peeking in our hotel window... it was great considering we haven't seen much sun in Stuttgart lately.
The Red Lion is where we had dinner on Friday night... looked different in the day light.
We had breakfast at the same little cafe every morning...
In the winter, they only do changing of the guard every other day so on Sunday we attempted to see it. Unfortunately, it started raining and Rhett wasn't feeling it so we saw them walk in with music and that was about it. Maybe next time...
(p.s. The Queen was home! Hence, the raised flag.)
After Rhett had a little snack he was ready to get back in action and we walked through St. James' Park looking at all the birds (over 40 species of water foul for your information).
We really appreciated these friendly reminders...
After the park we took a ferry to the Tower of London...
We saw the ravens, the crown jewels and where Anne Boleyn was beheaded.
Then we headed to Afternoon Tea which was amazing. The sandwiches, scones and cakes. I would enjoy this everyday.
Afternoon tea became evening tea and we headed home...
Our last London day tomorrow!

I can't forget to mention that little man is 5 months old today! We cheated and took his 5 month old picture in London. Lucky baby, he'll celebrate his 6 month birthday in another country too...stay tuned for that.
